A new year will be starting ahead. To mark the new year, we thought of refreshing the packages we offer. Just recently I focused on my physical health as I was concern with my weight. After giving birth to my girls, I did not have the time to workout much (apart from running around with the girls to get their PJs on hahaha) with juggling between work-life, study-life & domestic career at home. Haha.
Getting back to my roots.
